享受早午餐（10:00 AM）
Enjoying a Mid-morning Brunch
Ever since I became a freelancer, the happiest time of the day is the morning.
I’m glad I can relax in the morning, when everyone else is busy.
This morning I went to a restaurant famous for its brunch buffet.
I called Bo-ra who works near the restaurant.
The french toast was so delicious, I might go there again tomorrow.
They had great coffee, too. And the cheese cake was heavenly; I had to have 2 pieces of it.
Bo-ra and I talked a lot about our jobs.
Bo-ra is a super girl who thinks her career is the most important thing.
I ’m so proud to have such a passionate person as a friend.
We wondered how we will be in 10 years. Most probably living as successful and happy women!
Cheers! With our coffee cups for our future!

我變成自由職業者以后最幸福的時間就是早晨。
當別人忙碌時，我可以迎接一個輕松的早晨，所以很幸福。
今天早上我去了一個以自助早午餐而聞名的餐廳。
也叫上了在餐廳附近工作的Bo-ra。
法國吐司太好吃了，明天我可能會再去。
咖啡也很棒。奶油蛋糕真是太好吃了，所以我吃了兩塊。
我和Bo-ra 聊了很多工作上的事情。
Bo-ra 是以工作為中心的女超人。
她總是很熱情，我很榮幸能成為她的朋友。
我們想象著自己10 年后的樣子。到時我們肯定是既成功又幸福的女人！
以咖啡代酒，為我們的未來干杯！

A: What is it like working at home?
B: Well, it’s quite nice. The best thing is that I have some time to relax in the morning.

A: This dressing goes well with this salad. Mmm, delicious!
B: Yes, it looks appetizing! Let me taste it.

A: This place must be very famous. People are lining up outside.
B: Yes, this is the best brunch restaurant in town.

A: What would you like on your sandwich?
B: Everything except onions, please.
5. Stop by

A: Why don’t we stop by Starbucks?
B: Sounds good. Let’s go.

想要坐哪里？
We’d like to be in the non-smoking area, please.
想坐在無煙區。
Sure. May I take your order now?
好。現在點餐嗎？
Not yet. I want to look at the menu first.
待會兒吧。我想看一下菜單。
