“簡歷最重要的作用就是獲得一次面試機會!要在第一頁簡歷讓考官發現你記住你!”日前，在廣東外語外貿大學近千名大學生迎來了一場外資企業進高校傳經面談會，外資公司的老總們向同學們傳授了各類實用的求職技巧。
許多畢業生都關注這個問題：“簡歷作為面試的重要基礎，如何讓考官選中自己?”某公司人力資源總監饒俊介紹，在每年畢業生求職的高峰期，大企業的人力資源主管收到的簡歷往往都在數千份以上，篩選過程中，根本不可能去看繁多的文字說明，所以，簡歷一定要內容簡潔，開章要突出，展現自己最優秀的一面。他幽默地說：“我從來不看簡歷的`第二頁!”
他總結了大學生在應聘時欠缺的幾個方面。首先是心態不穩定，大學生對自身的期望值過高;其次是細節不到位，如緊張怯場、小動作過多、答非所問等，都不可取;第三是信息不齊全，很多大學生沒有做好對應聘企業與崗位的信息了解工作，在應聘過程中出現“張冠李戴”的場景，如一應聘生曾對安利公司HR說：“我很喜歡你們安利公司，你看我用的洗發水全都是海飛絲的!”這種情況就讓人哭笑不得了。
他還認為，畢業生在求職過程中要做到：“誠信、人際溝通能力好、熱情、不逞英雄主義”，這樣方能在求職大軍中脫穎而出。
