I highly value self-motivation,initiative and creativity.
我特別重視下屬的.自我激勵能力，主動性和創造性。
Those who are self-motivated and creative thrive under my supervision.
能自我激勵且有創造力的人在我的管理下，可以充分發揮他們的潛能。
However,there are people who need more supervision or hand-holding,so to speak.
但是，也有一些人需要更多的督促，也可以說，必須拉他們一把。
They sometimes feel lost with my laissez-faire management style.
這類員工在我這種自由放任的管理風格下工作，有時候會不知所措。
I recognize that tendency and learned how to be more flexible.
我意識到這種趨勢，于是我學會了如果更靈活地對待下屬。
I give more attention and guidance to those employees until they learn to act on their initiative.
現在，我對這樣的員工會特別注意并加以指導，直到他們學會自己主動工作為止。
不能回答“I don't have any weaknesses.”,這樣會讓面試官認為你這個人欠缺自我分析能力，還會給人高傲，不實在的感覺。但是，也不能舉出會顯示自己管理能力不足的缺點，應列舉可以克服的小缺點，或是向面試官說明“過去其實我有某某缺點，”我是這樣克服的”等。
