During the Qing Ming holiday, Mia’s family and my family had a barbecue in the park near our house.
It was a sunny day. We found a nice place next to a lake and some trees. The sun was warm and we made two tents on the grass. First, we slept in the tent for a while. Next, we flew kites together. My kite is a goldfish, Mia’s kite is a magical fairy. Our kites flied very high in the sky because the wind was strong. Finally, Mia and I enjoyed the barbecue with our parents. We ate a lot of meat, vegetables, mushrooms and snacks. My mother made delicious chicken wings, I liked them so much, so I ate about 10 chicken wings. After the meal, we played many games. For example, hide and seek, crossword puzzles and guessing games. We had a good time.
