我的名字是xx，來自xx中學。我希望通過貴校的自主招生來實現我在貴校學習的夢想。
我的初中是在xx中學就讀的。學習期間，我注重德智體均衡發展，培養自學能力，主動參加學校舉辦的各種活動，曾獲得xx獎項或榮譽。我認為，體育鍛煉不僅能讓人有一個強健的體魄還能令人具有堅強的意志，這些都是未來學習和工作不可缺少的。
