讀書筆記的12則方式

　　　　每個年代的人在上一代看來都是問題人群，剛剛進入職場的“90后”大學生就被貼上了“挑剔”的標簽——工作不能太忙也不能太閑;要高薪也要開心;面試爽約率高達75%;各種閃辭的理由更加是莫名其妙……

　　Members of the post-1990 generation looking for work apply for multiple positions and hold high expectations of the jobs. When fresh graduates do snag a job interview, they are also more likely to miss it, turn down offers and have no qualms about quitting if the work is not to their taste.

　　正在職場找尋工作的90后們往往會申請許多崗位，對工作的期望相當高。應屆畢業生的確能很快得到面試機會，但他們更有可能爽約、拒絕工作機會，如果工作不合他們的胃口，他們也會毫無疑慮，選擇辭職。

　　Most of the post-1990 generation are the only child in the family. Their living conditions have greatly improved from that of the post-1980 and post-1970 generations. They don't experience much pressure in life so they pay closer attention to personal preferences and interests when hunting for a job.

　　大多數的90后都是家中的獨生子女。較之80后、70后，他們的生活條件有了顯著的改善。他們體驗不到許多生活壓力，于是他們在找工作時，會更注重個人的喜好和興趣。

　　文中的post-1990 generation就是“90后”的意思，這里的post-是一個十分常見的前綴，表示“后、以后”，比如postgraduate(研究生，即在本科畢業后繼續在校學習)、post-natal(產后的)、postnuptial(婚后的)和post-tax(稅后的)等。

　　此外，文中第一段的qualm一詞解釋為“疑慮、擔憂”，往往使用復數形式，用于詞組have qualms about something(對……心存疑慮、忐忑不安)或have no qualms about something(毫不擔憂，心安理得)。
