易混淆的相近詞語解釋
except for, except, except that, but, besides 和 apart from 的中文意思均為'除...外'，但其具體用法不盡相同，英語三級復習輔導英語語法知識講解。
1.except for: 用于非同類事物，它的`賓語與前述對象完全是兩回事。
例如： the room was very cold and, except for jack, entirely empty.

2.except:指同一類事物的總體中除去一部分，強調的是除去。
