2015網傳鄭州上合組織峰會放假三天
近日，鄭州不少網友都在“喜大普奔”，“12月份我們單位放假三天”。難道有什么大事?今天，從上海合作組織官方的網站(英文版)獲悉，上海合作組織成員國政府首腦(總理)會議計劃于12月14日至15日在河南鄭州召開。

On the meeting of the Council of National Coordinators of the SCO Member States2015/11/20
A meeting of the Council of National Coordinators of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Member States under the presidency of Uzbekistan took place on 17-20 November 2015 in SCO Secretariat (Beijing).
Participants have considered issues of preparation for organizational and substantial parts of the meeting of the SCO Council of Heads of Governments (Prime Ministers) planned for 14-15 December 2015 in Zhengzhou, Henan province. They have also studied draft documents issued for consideration and approval by heads of governments of the SCO member states.
In view of decisions made at the summit of the SCO member states in Ufa in July 2015 national coordinators have discussed the issue of starting the procedure of granting India and Pakistan status of full membership in the Organization
Delegates have studied draft documents on the Schedule of main events of the SCO for 2016 and the Program of cooperation between ministries of foreign affairs of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization in 2016.
Promising fields of cooperation between the SCO and the UNESCAP have also been taken under consideration, including signing a new Memorandum of understanding.
11月20日上合組織網站發布消息稱，2015年11月17日至20日，上海合作組織成員國國家協調員會議在北京舉行，會議由烏茲別克斯坦主持。會議期間，各方討論了擬于2015年12月14-15日在河南省鄭州市舉行的上合組織成員國政府首腦(總理)理事會會議的籌備情況，以及擬提交政府首腦審議和批準的文件草案。
根據上合組織成員國元首在烏法峰會上通過的決議，各方討論了關于啟動給予印度和巴基斯坦上合組織正式成員國的程序問題。此外，各方還審議了上合組織2016年主要活動計劃草案和上合組織成員國外交部2016年合作計劃草案，討論了上合組織同聯合國亞太經濟理事會未來的合作方向，包括簽署新的諒解備忘錄。
據了解， 2014年12月14日至15日，上海合作組織(以下稱“上合組織”或“本組織”)成員國政府首腦(總理)理事會第十三次會議在阿斯塔納市舉行。哈薩克斯坦共和國總理馬西莫夫、中華人民共和國國務院總理李克強、吉爾吉斯共和國總理奧托爾巴耶夫、俄羅斯聯邦政府總理梅德韋杰夫、塔吉克斯坦共和國總理拉蘇爾佐達、烏茲別克斯坦共和國第一副總理阿齊莫夫出席會議。

鄭州市機關、事業單位、社會團體放假3天：
機關是政府機關，如市政府、公安局、民政局等;事業單位主要指學校、醫院等;社會團體主要指一些協會。

什么是上合組織峰會?
上海合作組織的前身是“上海五國”機制。而“上海五國”機制發源于上世紀80年代末開始的、以中國為一方和以俄、哈、吉、塔四國為另一方的關于加強邊境地區信任和裁軍的談判進程。2012年6月6日-7日，上海合作組織峰會在北京舉行。上海合作組織成員國元首一致同意接收阿富汗為上合組織觀察員國、土耳其為上合組織對話伙伴國。
2015鄭州上合組織峰會的意義
12月14至16日上合組織峰會將在鄭舉辦，世界各國領導將抵鄭，全市(全市不全市我不知道，反正我是沒接到通知。。)放假3天!機動車四環內單雙號限行。鄭東新區CBD會展中心附近取消地面停車位，不從著將面臨我市有史以來最嚴停車扣分罰款，地鐵也將面臨我市有史以來最嚴格的安檢，請周知!放假估計鄭州真的會不堵。
