　　感恩是學會做人的支點,感恩之心是一種美好的感情，是對世間所有人所有事給予自己的幫助表示感激,銘記在心，感恩是我們民族的優良傳統,是一個正直的人的起碼品德。

　　感恩的關鍵在于回報。回報,就是對哺育、培養、教導、指引、幫助、支持乃至救護自己的人心存感激,并通過自己十倍、百倍的付出,用實際行動予以報答。

　　那么，作為一名中學生，怎樣感恩呢？

　　首先要感恩自己的父母，因為每個人的生命都是父母血脈的延續,父母給了我們全部的愛,讓我們享受到了人世間的親情和幸福，因此,我們要感謝父母。

　　大自然是萬物賴以生存的基礎,人的生命活動一時一刻也離不開它，我們人類的衣食住行等都是從大自然中獲得的，因此,我們應該感恩大自然。

　　老師是我們成長的領路人，是我們的朋友，老師尊重、理解和愛護我們，言傳身教，讓我們受益終身，老師為我們付出心血和汗水，我們應該感恩老師。

　　同學是我們學習生活的同伴，同學間互相鼓勵，互相幫助,共同戰勝困難與挫折，共同品嘗學習的成功與快樂，我們應該感謝天天與我們相伴的同學。

　　學校為我們提供了良好的讀書環境，是我們鍛煉的場所、施展才華的舞臺，我們應該感恩學校。
