邀請函范文怎么寫

在日常生活中我們通常會用口頭或者電話方式邀請別人做客，但是如果遇到比較正式的場合，例如商業聚會、正式晚餐或婚禮等場合，就需要我們發送正式的書面邀請函了。

無論您要舉行什么樣的正式聚會，在書寫邀請函時應注意包含以下幾點：

Typeofevent(birthdayparty,businessnetworkingmeeting,etc.).聚會活動

Place.地點

Date.日期

Time.時間

RSVPdateandphonenumber.回復日期及聯系電話

在書寫正式邀請函時應該注意以下幾點：

1.Expressthatyouarelookingforwardtoseeingtheperson.表達你殷切的邀請之情。

2.Donotuseabbreviationsanddonotusecontractions(don't;we'll)exceptfornametitles,suchasMr.,Mrs.,etc.在信件中不要使用縮寫和簡寫（名字前稱呼除外）。

3.Ifdinnerwillbeserved,statetwoseparatetimes:thetimepeoplecanstartarrivingandthetimedinnerwillbeserved.如果您的聚會中包括正餐，請把正餐的時間另外標明，以便客人能夠在正餐前趕到。

4.Ifguestsarenotfromyourlocalarea,includeamaptothelocationoftheevent.如果客人不熟悉赴宴的路線，最好附上地圖或是簡單的路線指示。

5.Ifyouareinvitingsomeonetospeakataconference,yourinvitationshouldincludethefollowinginformation:如果是正式會議等的邀請，您可能會邀請某些客人在會議上演講或致詞，那么就要在邀請函中再包括以下要點：

-Typeofaudience;聽眾對象

-Thetypeofspeech,topic,andhowlongthespeechshouldbe演講類型及時間長短

-Anyaccommodationsthatwillbemade,includinglodging,meals,andtransportation;為演講客人安排的住房、三餐以及交通設備

-Thenameofthecontactpersonalongwithphonenumbersandaddresseswherethepersoncanbecontact-
ed相關聯系工作人員的電話等。

一般說來，書寫邀請函的注意事項就是這些。邀請函分為三種：正式的，商務的和私人的。
