在簡歷中突出自己的成果
如果你茫然地盯著自己的簡歷，不知道怎樣提高，這就是你的答案：集中在成果上。寫工作經歷的時候，詳細敘述你工作的結果或成果。畢竟結果才是潛在雇主們想通過雇用某人所得到的。把你在工作中取得的成就制作成圖表，你就越有可能得到你想要的——更多的面試通知電話。
“簡歷是一個推銷工具，”擁有13年在不同領域招聘經驗的新澤西MRIofMountainside高級業務經理JanBriggs說，“我總是建議候選人在簡歷中加入成就這一項，因為它們比工作職責更切實。如果有人的簡歷中有成就這一項，它們將被放入細讀的那一堆。他們至少會進入有希望的那一堆。
考慮到被招聘經理篩下去的堆積如山的簡歷，進入有希望的那一堆真是一件好事情。這意味著你已經闖過了第一關，以后有機會被細讀了。
人力資源顧問、位于加利福尼亞HuntingtonBeach的戰略招聘公司總裁JohnNelson說：“在簡歷中加入成果是很困難又費時間的一件事，但它絕對值得。”他說他并不一定把省略成果的簡歷排除，但是包括成果的簡歷可以決定求職者是否被叫來面試。

使用對比

未使用對比：“將部門銷售量提高至第一名。”
使用對比：“作為該部門唯一的業務經理，將銷售量提高了42，并使該部門在總共15個部門的區域內的排名由第12位上升至第1位。”
使用數字
使用數字來說明你工作的效果。用在陳述的前后可以說明數字是如何闡明觀點的：
