1. What is important to you in a job?（工作中對你最重要的是什么？）
Challenge, the feeling of accomplishment, and knowing that I have made a contribution.（挑戰，成就感以及明白自己對公司有所貢獻）
2. Why do you want to work for this organization?（為什么你想應聘這個工作？）
Its reputation, the opportunities it offers, and the working conditions are what I am looking forward to.（它的聲譽，它所提供的機遇和工作環境都是我所向往的。）
3. Why should we employ you? （我們為什么要雇傭你？）
My academic preparation, job skills, and enthusiasm about working for the firm, in my opinion, they're all important for a firm.（我的專業知識、工作經驗以及愿意為公司服務的熱忱，在我想來，這都是對公司最重要的。）
4. If we hire you, how long will you stay with us? （你打算跟我們工作多久？）
