　　過程：MBA面試的自我介紹時間一般為1.5-2分鐘。

　　考核的能力：

　　組織能力：將你原本可以長篇大論的3年、5年甚至10年的工作、學習經驗和心得，有效組織為2分鐘之內進行簡短的回顧。

　　邏輯能力：自我介紹的清晰性和承接性。簡單扼要地說就是自我介紹時不僅"言之有物"，而且還要將"物"簡要地說清楚。不僅要介紹在公司中取得的成就，還要說明自己在其中發揮的作用。

　　考官希望聽到什么?MBA面試自我介紹的原則--時刻考慮面試官的需要。

　　面試實際上是一個自我營銷的過程。在這個過程中，考生要把自己當作一個產品，客戶就是面試官。要把產品銷售出去，就要考慮客戶的需求，而要把自己在面試中營銷出去，就一定要充分考慮面試官的需求。

　　面試官希望從考生的自我陳述中得到什么呢?面試官希望從你的陳述中發現你的語言組織能力、口頭表達能力，從語音、語氣、語調及其他肢體語言中折射出的人的沉穩度、成熟度等，發現考生的個人成就、個性、品質等背景。同時面試官還希望從中發現一個考生基本材料的真偽。

　　知道面試官的需要自我介紹的設計就要去盡可能好地滿足面試官的需要，尤其是在內容的安排上，一定要用最精彩的語言，把最有價值的信息傳達給面試官。不要以為自我介紹的設計很容易做，其實很多人做得都很不夠。在我接觸到的許多參加MBA面試的同學中，大多數的個人自我介紹都有較大的改善余地。

　　這僅僅是一個開頭，考官希望通過你的自我介紹聽清楚你的經歷、技能、天分和受教育的概要;希望你的介紹有頭有尾，按邏輯順序排列。當然還有一個很重要的東西就是給考官一個充分的上MBA的理由。一個明智的面試者的自我介紹應該由以下部分組成：

　　1、簡短介紹(姓名、年齡、畢業院校等);

　　2、關鍵成就;

　　3、這些成就說明的關鍵能力(最好用別人的評價來說明自己的優秀);

　　4、這些成就和能力對于你的理想和未來的工作成就的重要性;

　　5、客觀陳述上MBA的原因，及將如何發展的職業規劃。

　　最好在最后結合MBA培養目標結合自己興趣愛好;實現企業經理人，提升自我發展;提升管理理論知識以及管理能力，從而實現你和院校共贏。

　　在自己介紹工作的時候，體現自己的處事風格和管理思維，體現自己對管理的定性和認知。

　　My name is xxI’m 29 years old, I’m a native of Chongqing girl. I graduated from the Chongqing normal university in July,2004.My majoring in journalism. During the past seven years,I have been worked in China mobile Chongqing branch and I was a secretary.

　　From last October. I have been studying in a MBA training institute where I make many friends from all walks of life. And now I am taking this interview for the final result.
