　　正式寫作當然要縮進.

　　書信的話, 則兩種均可.

　　若每段縮進, 日期, 下款均要靠右書寫.

　　若不縮進, 日期, 下款靠左書寫. 當然縮進比不縮進正式.

　　例如:(頂格)2 February 2013

　　(頂格)Dear Peter,

　　(頂格)Blah Blah Blah.

　　(頂格)Best wishes,

　　(頂格)Tom

　　或者

　　(靠右) 2 February 2013(頂

　　Dear Ms Li,
