2015年商務英語考試口語基本句型
1.Annual check-up 年度例行身體檢查
A:Hello John, I need to go for my annual check-up, I need to take this morinig off.
B:No problem, go ahead.
A：你好，約翰，我要去做每年例行身體檢查，所以今天上午想請個假。
B：沒問題，去吧。
2. Family issues 家庭問題
A: Hey Wendy, I got some family issues that I need to take off tomorrow.
B: Okay, could you fill the request form for taking the day off?
A: Sure, I will submit it for your approval.
B: Right.
A：嗨，溫迪，我家里有點事兒，明天想請個假。
B：好的，填一張請假申請單好嗎?
A：當然，我會交給你簽字批準。
B：好的。
3.Funeral 葬禮 ['fju:nərəl]
A: Lisa, I need to attend a funeral this Friday.
B: Can you arrange everything on your hands?
A: Yes.
B: Fill an absence form, and I will sign it.
A：莉薩，我這個周五要去參加葬禮。
B：你能把手頭的事情都好好安排一下嗎?
A：好的。

4.Go to a wedding 參加婚禮
A: Julie, my best friend is getting married this Saturday.
B: Good, you must be going to the ceremony.
A: Sure, I am supposed to work overtime on Saturday. I will have to work on Sunday instead.
B: No problem.

5.Go to the hospital 去醫院

6.Late for work 遲到
A:June, I'm sorry to be late, my kid was sick and I had to take her to the hospital.
B:You should've called me, we worried about you.
A:Sorry about that.

7. Move to a new house 搬新家
A: Betty, we are moving to a new house next month.

8.Over compensation 加班補償
A: I don't get paid for overtime. Is there any overtime compensation for that?
B: You can discuss with your manager, and take some time off when it is not busy.

9.Passed away 去世
A: Bob, my dad passed away.
B: I'm sorry to hear that. Please accept my condolence. Take time off as nesessary.

10.Personal day 私人事假
A: What is a personal day?
B: Personal day is for when you have to take care of things during work time.
A: What are the examples?
B: For example, if you have to apply for an ID and the government office issuing the ID opens only during your work hours.
A：私人事假是什么意思?
B：私人事假是為必須在工作時間辦的私人事情設定的。
A：能舉個例子嗎?
B：比如，你必須申請身份證，而政府受理身份證的辦公時間恰恰是在你工作的時間。
