國家企業環保的方式：
1. 國家可以采取環保政策，加強環保合作，分享環保經驗。對于破壞環境的企業和個人加大處罰力度。
2. 企業，尤其是高度污染的企業(例如汽車廠，造紙廠，化工廠)，應該依賴高科技，減少對于環境的污染。例如，汽車生產企業可以研發和推廣新型環保汽車，這些汽車具有小排量，低消耗，電瓶驅動等特征。
個人環保的方式：
1. 個人可以減少對于高科技產品的使用，具體來說，減少家用電器使用的頻率。(例證：空調，熱水器)
2. 個人可以培養環保的意識， 珍惜自然資源，過簡單生活。具體而言，可以購買小排量汽車或者乘坐公共交通工具;周邊游不是長途游等。(細節展開)
3. 個人可以參加環保組織，做環保志愿者，宣傳環保，反對有害環境的政策的出臺和推廣。
