本文歸納了推動新經濟向前發展的的十項 基本原則,并對各項原則進行簡要的說明.這十 項原則包括物質matter,空間space,時間time, 人員people,增長growth,價值value,效率 efficency,市場market,交易transaction和刺 激impulse. 同時介紹了中國加入WTo談判的一 些基本知識，簡明闡述了21世紀的管理者應具 備的素質。 學完本課后，應該對未來的經濟 規則和經濟發展的趨勢有一個大致的了解并能 夠用英語進行簡單的經濟方面的討論和交流。
