　　en-表示“使得”或者“進入”

　　enclose v.圍繞;裝入信封

　　[記]en-使得;close關。使一個東西被關在信封里，叫做裝入信封、被信封圍繞。

　　[例]The backyard is enclosed by hedges.后院被樹籬環繞起來了。

　　courage n.勇氣;膽量

　　[記]抓住(c-)我們(our-)的年齡(age)不變老，是需要勇氣和膽量(courage)的。

　　[變]encourage v.鼓勵;激發(使你有勇氣)

　　[搭]encourage sb. to do sth.鼓勵某人做某事

　　[例]The president set up a foundation to encourage innovation from the staff.總裁設立了一個基金來鼓勵員工創新。

　　enlarge v.擴大;放大

　　[搭]inherit sth.from sb.從某人那兒繼承/取得某物inherit sth. of sb.遺傳了某人的某特征(sth.of sb.就是“某人的某東西”，是一個所有格，并不是的搭配，如：I inherit the smart brain of my father.技繼承了我父親聰明的大腦。)

　　[例]Every one has a dream that one day we will inherit a large fortune from a distant, mystic, and affluent relative.每個人都夢想著有一天可以從一個遠房的、神秘的、富有的親戚那兒繼承一大筆財產。

　　heir n.繼承人;后嗣

　　[記]他(he)的愛兒(i-r)，就會成為他的繼承人(heir)。

　　[注]h這里不發青，所以讀音就似“愛兒”。

　　[例]Chinese people see ourselves as the true heirs of the dragon.中國人認為自己是龍的后嗣子孫。

　　worship n.禮拜;崇拜;愛慕
