　　溫馨提示：英文簡歷中如何寫好自傳

　　(1)要優雅。用字遣詞必須適當，應避免太乖僻生澀的字句或太多令經理階層，即雇用之決策者，無法了解的專門術語(jargons)及簡稱(acronyms)，也應避免太青少年氣息的(juvenile)或低俗的語氣。前者令雇主覺得你在故弄玄虛或炫耀(showoff)所學，后者令人覺得你不成熟，難擔當重任。

　　(2)要有條不紊。自傳的格式應如本章所示的范文，將你的姓名、地址、電話、教育背景、工作經驗、個人值得提供的資料等，逐項標示清楚，有系統地一一載明。教育背景應先列最高學歷，再往以前列記。工作經驗亦應將最近的經驗先列明，再逐一上溯。這是因為，越近的經歷越應受重視之故。

　　(3)要提出令人信服的好處與專長。因此有關個人的過去工作成就、專業貢獻或社會成就，都是雇主想要獲得的資產(asset)，一定要在自傳中撰寫清楚，并將之凸顯出來。
