1、對招聘單位名稱的準確稱呼：這可以立刻拉近你與招聘單位的距離，使招聘單位感受到你的誠意。
2、說出自己的姓名：當然一開始就要自報姓名，避免讓看信的人總在想：“你到底是誰? ”
3、說明自己獲取招聘信息的渠道：比如說“我在××人才網站上看到貴公司刊登的招聘廣告，……”等等。
4、說明自己要應聘的職位：這樣好讓招聘單位有的放矢地關注你適合的那個職位的特征。
5、陳述自己的大致情況：顯然這是不可缺少的，但無需太啰嗦。
