.語言表達要簡潔明了，避免使用太多的專業術語和過分復雜的句子。一方面用人單位不會在一份 簡歷

2.在 求職 信的第一個段落當中應該明確地告訴對方你是在何家媒體看到應聘廣告以及所要應聘職位的名稱，例如Your advertisementfor (職位名稱)a Network Maintenance Engineer in (媒體名稱)the April 10 Student Daily interested me。這樣有助于對方了解 招聘 信息的有效傳播途徑。
3.簡潔、明了、具體地說明自己的能力和條件。特別突出的或者可能引起用人單位特別的注意的能力和條件。例如：I have passed CET-6 with a high mark of 96.
4.對于要求取的工作崗位，要特別寫明，給用人單位一個考慮選擇的機會。
5.要突出招聘者的利益，不要一味強調自己的需要和期望。
