Look Within to Find Happiness
How often do you hear people say “I will be happy when …”such as “When I get that thing， I will be happy，” “I will be happy when I pass the exam” and “I would be happy if I had more money”。 I have heard these things before and I am sure that I will hear them again。
Many people want to believe that finding happiness is all about finding or getting something that they want。 However， not many people have ever found long-term happiness by achieving a goal。 There will always be another thing that they want。 There will always be another exam or another dollar。
To break this vicious cycle， we must find our happiness somewhere else —within ourselves。 In other words， happiness is pletely an inside job。 The key to finding happiness is to understand that happiness is a choice rather than the result of an experience。 We have been given everything
We need to be happy。 Allow yourself to choose happiness。 If life was perfect， would you be happy? Life is perfect because we create it with our choices。 Since we can create life， we can create happiness and choose how much better our lives can get!
Only when we can accept that life is perfect as it is， and that our lives are the sum total of everything that has happened up to this moment， can we accept the joy and the happiness we deserve。

These days most adults seem to think that most teenagers spend all of their time playing video games. However, when we surveyed 100 students in our school on the topic of video games, we discovered some interesting results.
According to the survey, playing video games was only chosen as the third favorite leisure activity, with 22 votes. Also we can see the time spent on it varies from boys to girls. Most girls spent between 0 and 2 hours one day while one more hour went for boys on average. It‘s apparent to show that boys are addicted to it more easily. Finally, as for the students who were interviewed, 47 percent held the view that they spent less time compared with that of last year.
It‘s a good phenomenon, to some degree, showing that the quality of students‘ leisure time is improving, though we still need to keep an eye on the future trends.

其實細細想來，倒也不足為奇。雷鋒精神雖是以共產主義思想為核心，他的行為雖無時無刻不是遵循著社會主義的道德規范，但這種道德品質是所有正直的人應具備的。也就是說，無論是社會主義國家，還是資本主義國家，只要是一個心地善良的'人，他都會發揚互助友愛精神，做有益于他人的事。所以，那些美國士兵不管出于什么樣的動機，他們把雷鋒作為一個具有優秀品質的人來學習，是可以理解的。
