　　leeds的大部分專業都是不需要推薦信的，網申也不需要提供推薦人信息和附件。

　　比如傳媒學院，還有法律，教育等專業。

　　非商科的學生如果推薦信有困難，都可適當考慮利茲大學哦~

　　2、曼徹斯特大學

　　今年曼大更新了新的網申系統之后，也有很大部分專業不需要推薦信了，網申也不需要提供推薦人信息和附件。

　　包括熱門的商科專業：

　　如accounting， finance 和management，以及education的一些專業。

　　此外需提醒注意，網申中需要推薦人的專業，那就只能網推，需提醒推薦人在收到request郵件后的120h之內處理，否則密碼會失效，只能重置了！

　　約克大學往年是一直需要一個推薦人網推的，

　　英國碩士留學申請條件

　　1、學位要求

　　通常而言，英國各大院校都要求碩士申請者，至少有本科學位，包括雙學位、自考本科、專升本等等形式，只要是國內教育部門認可的本科學位，英國大學一般也認可。

　　大專畢業的同學同樣可以申請英國研究生，除了通過不同方式獲得本科學位外，大專畢業的同學還能去英國讀碩士預科課程（Pre-master）。學生通過考核后，也可以申請英國大學碩士。

　　除此之外，極其少數擁有豐富相關工作經驗的大專畢業學生，在學校特別認可的情況下，也有機會申請英國碩士。

　　2、成績要求

　　成績要求分為語言成績和平時成績。

　　申請英國碩士需要有語言成績，如果沒有，那就得先讀語言班，所有英國大學都接受雅思成績。

　　不同學校和專業，對申請人的.語言成績要求也會有不同，從原則上來說，如果學生語言水平未達到入學標準，也可以先申請英國的學前語言課程，然后在英國參加語言考試，合格后再由學校發放研究生錄取通知。

　　除了語言成績，英國大學也很看重學生的平時成績。

　　英國大學在錄取碩士申請人時，絕大多數都會對申請人本科階段的平時成績做出一個明確的規定。但是不同學校和專業的要求差距也很大，當然，申請人的本科畢業學校越好，在平時成績上也會更加放寬。

　　選擇推薦人時要遵循熟悉、專業兩大原則。

　　1、推薦人要熟悉你的學習和工作，熟悉你的動機和學習計劃，要有比較密切的交流

　　推薦表中的“How long have you known the referee？what capacity？”就是問的推薦人和被推薦人之間的熟悉程度。在此基礎上，如果推薦人是外國教授，而該教授和你申請的學校又很熟悉，這種推薦往往會起到意想不到的效果；如果推薦人和你申請的學校教授又比較熟悉，處理好了，推薦信則會有化腐朽為神奇的'力量；如果推薦人雖然不熟悉對方的教授，但是該專業內很有名的專家（諸如擁有院士之類的頭銜的），經常參加國際交流，其推薦作用也不可忽視。不過，名人架子一般也很大，找申請人時，要先掂量掂量自己的分量。對于大部分來說，我認為找推薦人還是以找熟人為主，一是好說話，會很配合你的申請；二是在國外教授看來，很自然很合理。

　　現在英國絕大多數學校采用的是網申系統，只需要將簽完名的推薦信進行掃描（PDF格式為佳），然后在網申系統中進行上傳。
