　　金先生:

　　I need you to arrange a financial department team together for a meeting today.

　　What for?

　　金先生:

　　We need to start some urgent preparations for next year`s financial planning.

　　我們需要為明年的財務計劃開始一些緊急準備.

　　格雷斯先生:

　　What? But I thought that we didn`t need to start that for another month?

　　金先生:

　　If Only! Senior management has requested that we start earlier due to recent business changes.
