            基于UG的電話機機座上蓋塑料模具設計與仿真分析

            摘要: 模具CAD/CAM技術的推廣應用,可從整體上提高精密復雜模具在高檔次、高質量、高附加值模具產品中的開發制造能力,并為增強國內模具制造業在國際市場上的競爭能力奠定堅實的基礎,本課題完成的主要研究內容如下:
            (1) 通過查閱資料,完成本課題中注射機的選型。
            (2) 運用UG軟件,建立電話機上蓋的模型實體。
            (3) 運用Moldwizard軟件,設計電話機上蓋的注塑模具。
            (4) 運用MoldFlow模具分析及優化軟件,完成注塑模澆口位置的合理性分析。

            According to UG telephone machine the upper cover ejection Mold design and imitate true analysis

            Abstract: CAD/CAM technology can improve the overall capability of developing and manufacturing complex and precise molds. This will help produce high grade,high quality and value products. It will also help establish a solid foundation for the domestic plastic mold industry to better compete in the worldwide market. As a general platform,the author carried out the works as following:
            (1) Pass to check information, complete to inject choose of machine a type in this topic.
            (2) Make use of UG software, build up the model entity of the telephone on up board cover.
            (3) Make use of Moldwizard software, design a telephone on board cover of Injection plastic mould.
            (4) Make use of a MoldFlow molding tool analytical and excellent turn software, complete the rationality analysis that the injection plastic mould position.
