2014渣打銀行strength assessment筆試經驗
我花了一整晚加上午研究以前的性格測試，點開link才知道今天性格測試不一樣了啊啊啊，我摔!
一共18道題，每道題給一個scenario，五個選項，要我們從1(what you most likely to do)排到5 (least likely to do). 我做了40分鐘。
一分鐘后就收到了兩封郵件，一封是report of my superpower, (我是adapt and learn), 另一封是aptitude test的'邀請。
我覺得就是跟著自己的直覺走，但是心里一定要有個大概的排序，比如說我遇到problem時prefer handle it independently，遇到new challanges I view as great opportunity to learn.
題目給的scenario都很短，幾句話，e.g You have been assigned to new group recently and you don't feel your skill fits in 你會怎么做 blah blah...
